How to install WordPress on GoDaddy (Step-by-Step guide)

1. Go to GoDaddy. com.
2. Choose Hosting and SSL > Web Hosting.
DO NOT select the choices for Websites or WordPress sites/blogs.
3. Choose a hosting package that is suitable for you.
- If you only plan on holding one website, choose an economy package.
- If you plan on owning multiple websites, purchase a deluxe package.
You can always upgrade later.
4. Select a Term Length.
Your term length is how long you will prepay for your hosting. Select what is most suitable for your budget and anticipations for your site.
5. Choose the Plan Type “Linux with cPanel Control Panel.”
It is not easy, but this will make your site more customization down the road — which also will be useful if you like to add custom elements or hire a creator to do it for you.
6. Add Security if you like and require it.
